It appears that I do have the hardware, in the form of a CM195AD / CM195AC two board stack. I've sent pictures to Kevin directly, I don't know if the mailing list allows attachments or not.

I went looking around in my stash of unsorted files (on the web, but not indexed, here: https://archives.loomcom.com/3b2/software/UNSORTED/ ) and it looks like I do have at least one version of the CommKit software and drivers for this board set. I've copied them to the main archive for safe keeping. The images can be found here:
